Setting up a catch-all email mailbox will be rather easy in case you’ve got a website hosting with us. You can activate this option through our advanced, albeit user-friendly Email Manager, which is an essential part of the Hepsia Control Panel, via which you’ll manage the shared web hosting account itself. You will see all the mailboxes that you have created enumerated in alphabetical order and next to each of them there will be a small-size "Catch-all" icon, which will immediately let you know if a specific mailbox stores all the emails pertaining to a certain domain name or not. With one single mouse click on the icon you can activate or deactivate the feature whenever you want. In case there’s enabled email forwarding or in case a different mailbox has already been set up as a catch-all one for a certain domain name, you will get an alert from our system. The latter won’t replace/disable anything automatically and without your permission.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Hosting
A catch-all email address can be configured with a few clicks in case you have a Linux semi-dedicated hosting package with us. The semi-dedicated hosting account will be administered via our custom-created Hepsia hosting Control Panel and you’ll be able to create mailboxes under any domain registered there. To activate the catch-all functionality for a specific mailbox, you’ll have to click the logo with the exact same name, which will be next to each mailbox. Disabling this feature can be achieved in the very same way and will not require more than a click either. In case the catch-all feature has already been activated for a certain domain, you’ll receive a notification. The same goes if the mailbox that you would like to be a catch-all one has email forwarding enabled, as our system will never edit or disable any feature automatically.
